CAMPAIGN RELATED ACTIVITIES:  GLOBAL CAMPAIGN FOR SECURE TENURE

HEADLINES, HEADLINES, HEADLINES!

     Recently a change occurred within the Ministry of Housing; it now has a new vice-minister who is supporting activities related to secure tenure.  A proposal for the certification of popular housing and technical assistance to formalize dwellings was delivered to the Ministry of Housing. A pilot project is expected to start soon in order to improve the conditions of 550 dwellings.
